Commercial Projects

Richard has worked on a variety of commercial projects whilst working for a large property development company specialising in luxury, mixed housing and commercial developments.

He designed show gardens and sales complexes to provide spectacular landscapes that demonstrated to prospective buyers what can be achieved in their own gardens. He also designed planting schemes for the frontage of new properties as well as infrastructure verges, roundabouts, footpaths, public spaces such as small parks, play areas, car parks and assorted green spaces.

Richard also designed schemes for new office buildings, Urban hives, social housing developments, housing association redevelopments and school grounds.

His main objective in all these schemes was to keep as much of the existing greenery as possible and replenish wherever necessary.
